BEST POSTER AWARDS

AT2018 Organizers will grant several Best Poster Awards (BPA).

Eligibility

The presenting author must be either a master or a PhD student, or an early career postdoc (less than 3 years since graduation).

How to apply

Authors may apply for the BPA at the time of submitting the abstract or later on by sending an email to AT2018@dfmf.uned.es (indicating in the Subject: Best Poster Award). The email should indicate: title of submitted abstract, name of presenting author and author data (Master Student, PhD Students or date and place of PhD thesis in the case of early career postdoc). The application may be submitted by any of the poster authors.

The deadline for application to BPA is Sunday 10 June.

Evaluation criteria

The BPA committee will take into account the quality of the research, originality of the work, poster design, and clarity of the presentation during the poster session.

Contestants MUST be present at the poster during the specified poster sessions, otherwise the poster will not be evaluated.

Awards

The number of BPA will depend on the number of Sponsors. Each sponsor will provide two BPA.

The BPA will consist of a certificate including the name of the Sponsor and 150 EURO in cash.
