All fees are listed in EURO (€) and taxes are included.

The registration fees include a Welcome Reception on Sunday and coffee breaks from Monday to Friday.

The cost of conference dinner, accommodation, or any social tours are not included in the registration fees.

CONFERENCE DINNER

The Conference dinner will take place on Thursday September 7th (20:00-24:00) at

El Balneario - Baños del Carmen (C/ Bolivia, 26, 29018 Málaga)

A restaurant by the sea with a menu based on Malaga traditional food.

Price: 65 € each person, not included in the registration fee.

REFUND POLICY

Until August 15 (requests by e-mail to EAC2023@dfmf.uned.es)

Transfer: A paid registration can be transferred to a non-registered participant, free of cost.
Refunds: A processing fee of 150 EURO will be deducted for all meeting participants, 100 EURO for students/retired scientists.

After August 15: No refunds will be issued.
